Please note we need 2-4 business days to make and pack your order. 

PLEASE READ EACH ITEM’S DESCRIPTION BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE!

After a parcel is dispatched, it usually takes 2-4 days for it to be delivered.

Royal mail is experiencing delays in some parts of England, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

We know this feels like FOREVER when you are expecting a parcel but it is out of our hands once the order is dispatched.

If your order has not arrived 15 working days after the expected delivery date -please get in touch and we will make a claim with Royal Mail & send you another parcel.

( we cannot put a missing claim until 10 working days after it was due to be delivered (2-4 working days) so that's 12-14 working days. )

*PLEASE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS AFTER YOU PLACED AN ORDER. If the address is not complete, get in touch asap to update your details, we can't change the address once the parcel has been dispatched.

If an address is incomplete , and the parcel returns to us, you will have to pay the delivery fee again.

We are not able to refund a used postage fee as this is a service provided by the Royal Mail and they do not offer refunds for used services.

Each candle / wax melt is hand poured to order and colour intensity may be different.

The essential oil / fragrance you choose may also influence the colour of your candle.

If you are not sure about the colour, write us a message and we will give our best to provide the best information or check on our Instagram page @Scented_burn

  *We are trying our best to deliver the best products, but keep in mind small imperfections may appear.

Air bubbles may appear in our candles and wax melts and they do not affect the performance or quality, in fact, we think they give a unique look for each item created.

*Sometimes accidents happen, if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. We will need proof of damaged items in the original packaging.

If your item is damaged after it has arrived, and days have passed, it will not be our responsibility.
